Garrett is CEO of Red Sands Energy, bringing over two decades of experience in international business, energy development, and strategic project execution across frontier and emerging markets. Known for his disciplined leadership and results-driven approach, Mr. McCorkle has been instrumental in building Red Sands Energy into a dynamic force in the oil, gas, and infrastructure sectors across the Middle East and North Africa. His career spans complex transactions in aviation, commodities, and large-scale energy infrastructure, where he has earned a reputation for navigating challenging environments with clarity, integrity, and operational excellence. Under his leadership, Red Sands Energy continues to expand its footprint, delivering reliable, efficient, and forward-looking energy solutions in some of the world’s most critical regions.

A former US Air Force pilot, Shawn is also Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Group Consulting. With a focus on international operations, Shawn's consultancy spans various areas such as logistics, facility security design and execution, military equipment and aircraft modifications and maintenance, flight training, aircraft sales, human factors, business development, corporate flight departments, and military training. Shawn embodies the values instilled during his time in the USAF and his decades-long journey in the aviation industry, offering unparalleled insights and strategic guidance to clients worldwide. Through our strategic partnership with Jackson Group Consulting, Shawn also brings a sole- source, omnibus, multi-year, multi-billion dollar contract with the government of Iraq encompassing a spectrum of services from power plant construction to military equipment delivery and support. Shawn is a graduate of Embry-Riddle University, with over 35 years of aviation experience in the private and public sectors, Shawn is type-rated in various aircraft as an airline transport pilot with over 18,000 hours of jet experience. This includes the B-757/767, DC-9, B-737NG, DA-2000, and G-V 450/550. He has served as a Check Airman in multiple aircraft.

Amer is a highly respected executive from the Middle East with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His career has been exemplified by strategic leadership in business development, cross-border joint ventures, and upstream/downstream operations. With a deep understanding of regional and global energy markets, Amer plays a key role at RSE in advancing multi-million-dollar partnerships and navigating complex commercial and political landscapes. With a reputation built on a foundation of integrity and industry knowledge, and a track record of delivering results across both public and private sector engagements, Amer positions RSE for continued growth and success in critical markets.

Gary is a former U.S. Navy pilot and accomplished business leader with more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, operations, training, logistics, program management, and organizational leadership. At RSE, Gary serves as a Strategic Operations and Logistics Advisor, where he leverages his extensive background to optimize field performance, streamline supply chains, and improve workforce systems. His proven leadership across both aviation, technology and energy sectors makes him a valuable asset in driving operational excellence and ensuring project success in dynamic, high- stakes environments. Gary earned a BS in International Business from Jacksonville University, and an MS in Management from the US Naval Postgraduate School. He is type rated in the Gulfstream G280, Embraer Phenom 300, Hawker 400, Honda Jet, every version of the King Air, Sikorsky S-70, and has served as Training Captain and Check Airman for various private aviation companies.
